1. Introduction
Welcome to Perfect Logo Studio. By accessing our website and purchasing our professional design services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before initiating any project with us.
2. Services & Workflow
We provide professional logo design, branding packages, and visual identity services. To maintain high efficiency and premium results, clients are required to provide clear design briefs, accurate business details, and timely feedback throughout the collaborative design process.
3. Intellectual Property & Payment
All conceptual designs and drafts remain the intellectual property of Perfect Logo Studio during the design phase. The final agreed-upon logo design will become the sole property of the client only upon full payment of the project invoice. We retain the right to display the completed work within our official design portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is explicitly requested and signed beforehand.
4. Revision Policy (Scope of Revisions)
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee through multiple revisions. However, to ensure project feasibility, our revision scope is strictly limited to the following parameters:
- What is Included: Revisions include fine-tuning layout elements, adjusting color schemes, modifying typography/fonts, and altering minor design details on the chosen logo concept.
- New Concept Restriction: The term "Unlimited Revisions" does NOT under any circumstances mean requesting entirely new design concepts or completely changing the logo's direction from scratch after a specific design concept has already been approved and worked upon. Any completely new design paths requested mid-project will be subject to separate additional fees.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We work passionately to ensure you love your final brand assets, but we must protect our studio's time, resources, and creative labor. Our refund policy operates under strict parameters to guarantee absolute fairness:
Important Safety Clause: Clients are only eligible to request a refund during the initial draft stage, before any project revisions or design adjustments are formally requested or submitted. The exact moment a client requests a revision, tweak, or update on a design concept, or once the final high-resolution Source/Vector files are delivered, all rights to a refund or cancellation are permanently waived and voided.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Perfect Logo Studio, its designers, or partners be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use, misuse, or inability to use our finalized branding materials or design deliverables.
